Money Minute: Short Selling, Home Sales, eBay

"Naked" short selling is now a thing of the past. The SEC has permanently banned the abusive form of short-selling, which was temporarily banned at the height of last fall's market turmoil.

June New Home Sales Rise 11 Percent
